Kokum Seed Butter
Has a very high content of stearic-oleic-stearic triglycerides which makes it a very hard, stable butter. It melts on contact with the skin.
Is quickly absorbed, non-greasy and non-comedogenic.
It helps regenerate skin cells and restores the skins' elasticity. It provides hydration to the skin. It also possesses anti-oxidant properties due to its high vitamin E content.
Apricot Wax
It is rich in vitamins A and E and also contains oleic and linoleic essential fatty acids. It is highly emollient, helping to keep the skin soft and supple.
It is readily absorbed and is non-greasy. Apricot wax is perfect for dry, mature, sensitive or irritated skin.
Tea Extracts
White Tea
The least processed tea. Harvested by hand. The freshly-picked leaves are rapidly fired and dried. This results in a purer, more natural state. Contains a greater concentration of polyphenols than Green tea.
Green Tea
Only slightly less processed than White tea. The polyphenols in green tea have been shown to have anti-oxidant benefits two times stronger than Vitamins C and E.
Honeybush Tea
A plant indigneous to South Africa. It has distinctive deep yellow flowers which have the characteristic sweet honey scent. The leaves, stems and flowers are used to manufacture a herbal infusion that has a pleasant taste and aroma. Honeybush tea has a low tannin content and contains no caffeine. It is also rich in minerals.
Gently massage sparingly into skin.
Not recommended for facial use.
