Dead Sea Salt
Dead Sea water is unique, in that its salt content is ten times that of other sea water. Dead Sea Salts are thus richer in minerals than ordinary salt and are renowned for their therapeutic benefits. They contain magnesium, calcium, sodium, bromine, potassium, chlorine and zinc.
They help ease aching joints, relieve irritated skin, regulate body fluids, aid detoxification, regulate moisture levels in the skin and improve the circulation.
Epsom Salt
Epsom salts help ease aching muscles and joints, relieve stress and flush out toxins. Magnesium reduces muscle contractions and blocks nerve pain pathways.
For a relaxing bath, pour one heaped tablespoon under warm running water and soak. After bathing - wrap yourself in a large fluffy towel and enjoy a mug of hot chocolate or a glass of your favourite wine to complete the full relaxation process.
Always replace the lid firmly and keep away from direct sunlight.

THE COMEBACK EPSOM SALTS
They are not as sexy as pretty bottles of aromatherapy oils, but Epsom salts are one of the best and oldest remedies for heat-induced puf around ankles and feet. Rich in calcium, potassium and magnesium. Just Soaps Lavender Dead Sea Salts also smell divine; toss a handful into a tub of warm water, soak your feet for 10 minutes, then dry and rest them against a wall to encourage fluids to drain. £5.35, www.just-soaps.com
