Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment and PayPal payments. If you are shopping from outside UK mainland please contact us via email to confirm shipping costs.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Electron and Bank Debit Cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet via our 128 bit secure interface.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Business customers must note that the items ordered remain the property of Just Soaps of the Earth until full payment for the goods has cleared our bank.
Shipping And Handling
We operate a standard £3.50 shipping and delivery charge system to all UK mainland postal addresses.
You can select to have your items shipped by a signed for courier service at checkout at additional cost. Be aware that should you choose this option there must be someone at home to sign for it. If not the parcel will be retained by the courier at their nearest depot for you to collect.
We also have a FREE local pickup option available for those people able to pick up from Sileby or Queniborough villages. Use ( local01 ) without brackets in the coupon box and this will remove the standard delivery charge. We will email you with the pickup details.
FREE shipping is available on all orders over £60.00
We endeavour to post all orders received by 1 pm next working day providing all items in your shopping basket are available, all orders after this time will be posted the following working day. You should receive the goods within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
If you are not at home when the goods arrive, the delivery service provider will leave you a collection notice and take your parcel to the nearest depot collection point.
If you fail to collect the package it will be returned to us. We will arrange redelivery at your expense or refund you minus the original cost of postage and packaging.
Please specify an alternative address for the parcel to be left at if you know that you will not be home to receive it.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We are not VAT registered.
Credit Card Security
We accept all major credit/debit cards such as Mastercard, Visa and Switch. We also accept Paypal payments. There are no hidden charges and no extra charge for using a credit card.
There are four payment methods to choose from.
1) Shop Safely Online
We believe that providing a safe shopping environment for our customers is of primary importance.
For your peace of mind all card payments are handled directly by our payment provider SagePay who use the latest encryption technology to keep your credit card and personal details safe and secure. Your details are collected on their secure and encrypted servers, bank authorisation is obtained by them and then notified to us. This basically means that your card details are protected in a secure environment with one of the safest, most trusted systems available and no-one in our company ever sees them. 2) We also accept Paypal payments. You do not need to open a Paypal account to use this service. On choosing the Paypal option you will continue through our standard checkout process and will then be automatically transferred to Paypal's secure payment system to complete the payment process. We never see your card or bank details.
3) Order and Pay by Phone
Although we have complete confidence in the security of our payment systems, we do understand that some people prefer not to enter their card details online. Alternative methods of payment by credit/debit card are by telephone or by registered mail. In both cases we do need your card details, but please be assured that once your order and payment are processed your card details are immediately shredded, we never retain these details.
4) Pay by Cheque
The third way to order is for customers who prefer to pay by cheque. In this case please use the shopping cart as normal and then select "cheque" in the payment option of the checkout page. Print the page out and send it, along with your cheque, delivery address and phone number to:

We guarantee your satisfaction. Any item you receive that is not in completely satisfactory condition we will replace. Damage and shortages should be notified within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Just Soaps do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

We will send you emails with product, ingredient information and discount offers from time to time. No more than 6 times per year. If you do not wish to receive these emails please let us know and you will be removed from our email list or unsubscribe when you receive your email.
